Thank you for shopping with WOODROW. We take pride in creating thoughtful, quality apparel. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Pre-Sale Orders

WOODROW offers 100% refundable pre-sale orders until we reach the minimum batch quantity required to begin production.

  • You may cancel your pre-sale order at any time before the production threshold is reached.

  • Once the minimum batch quantity is met and the production order is submitted, all pre-sale purchases become final and non-refundable.

  • You will be notified via email when production begins.

Standard Returns (Non–Pre-Sale Items)

We accept returns of eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
Returns requested or received after this window will not be accepted.

To qualify, items must be returned in new, resale-ready condition, including:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Free of odors (fragrance, deodorant, smoke, etc.)

  • Free of stains, makeup, pet hair, or signs of wear

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories intact

  • No alterations or modifications

WOODROW reserves the right to inspect all returns and decline any item that does not meet these standards. Declined items may be sent back to you at your expense.

Hygiene & Handling Restocking Fee

To maintain the highest quality standards for all customers, approved returns that are not received in pristine, original condition may incur an $8–$15 Hygiene & Handling Restocking Fee.

This fee applies when a return requires additional cleaning, steaming, repackaging, or inspection due to:

  • Wrinkling from try-on

  • Makeup or deodorant transfer

  • Pet hair or lint

  • Smudges or minor marks

  • Missing/damaged packaging

  • Other non–resale-ready conditions

The fee will be automatically deducted from your refund.

Items that arrive significantly worn, washed, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email: support@woodrowthreads.com
Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • A brief reason for return (optional)

A return authorization is required before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process

  • Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our end or a defective product

If your return requires a Hygiene & Handling Restocking Fee or does not meet full resale standards, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
